A tire rotation and sent me away with all the tires low on air. It must cost extra for them to check pressure and is only available upon request. Then a full service oil change & you don't get told anything. Don't know how many quarts of oil used or what kind, tire tread thickness, if all other fluids were full or even checked for that matter. Do all lights & turn signals work? They didn't say. Are my break pads any good? They figure, I'll find out when I need to stop. Never again will I overpay for service you don't get here and if you enjoy living then this place is not for you cause there could be an obvious issue with your vehicle & it wouldn't be attended to putting your life at risk. Never ever again!!!

Don't know cause they probably don't check. How much of what kind of oil? Semi synthetic like I usually get, I don't know cause I wasn't asked plus it didn't tell on the report which wasn't included all that was provided with a full service was a receipt showing the overpriced amount charged for service not provided. Never ever again & was able to tell others of my poor experience, they also won't pay extra for less service. It's worth the time and fuel to drive somewhere else & will do that for sure.
My initial impression was wow they seem great. After reviewing the tires that were put on ranger they had kept one for themselves telling me it wouldn't hold air, went back to get that tire asked to have repaired was told it did not need it. Got my tire back but why did they keep in first place and let me leave with 3 tires the right size and keep my 4th telling me it wouldn't hold air? If you choose to do business with these people check your your before you leave. Not recommend!!!!
Blew a tire on our trip up north on a friday. Stayed open past 5 just to help us. Not many business would do this. Thank you for helping us out.
